We stand by and guarantee functionality of our products created through our Build Your Own application. For every product we sell we always keep at least one extra fully assembled board for 30 days after delivery of your product. If you are experiencing an issue with your product we will use this "extra" as a test unit.
If you believe there is a design or manufacturing issue you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your product. Feel free to call our support line - (855) 999-6976 - but you will have to follow up with some kind of documentation describing the issue to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your manufactured product has an design issue or manufacturing issue Our engineers will review the issue, debug on our own device. if we determine there was in fact an issue with the product we will re-manufacturer it for you. Please allow up to one week for debugging and testing.
If you did not have us perform the manufacturing and believe there is an issue with the design you will need to send us a message with a detailed description of where you believe there is an issue. If you choose to not have us manufacturer the product then we can't help with any manufacturing issues. If there was in fact an issue with the design we will fix it, regenerate manufacturing files and re-send within 5 calendar days.
